wooded trails, playgrounds, fishing,
dog parks, disc golf, recreation areas,

Cook’s Trail– part of the Greenway system, runs
4.1 miles creekside through woods, ends at Sandy
Creek Nature Center, does not loop.
Buckeye Horse Trail– winds northward through
woods for ~ 4 miles, does not loop. Blue blazes.
Lakeside Trail– newly extended trail follows the
shoreline of Lake Chapman with rolling hills. A
large wetland bridge makes for a nice resting and
picnic spot. White blazes.
Entrance Fees
$2 per person/per day for people ages 4 - 64.
Senior Citizens and children 3 & under are free
$2 per horse per day
$1 additional per person Disc Golf
*Annual Park Permits Available*
*$30 for ACC resident households, $50 for Non-ACC*
The Park gates are locked at posted closing times.
Persons remaining in the park afterward may be
fined according to ACC Ordinance.
Dogs must remain leashed at all times, including
on trails, except in dog parks.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the lake.
Smoking & alcoholic beverages prohibited.
Motor vehicles & bicycles must remain on paved
roads only.
Motor vehicles must park in approved parking
spaces only.
Use of amplified sound is prohibited unless prior
authorization is obtained
Fishing in authorized areas only.
Don't litter - We will prosecute.

Dog Parks
We offer off leash havens for you and your dogs. Enjoy
our free public park or rent one of our three 2-3 acre
private parks for $1 per dog per hour (up to 2 hours).
Each park contains trees, a picnic table and a water
spigot with bowl. Reservations for the private parks
can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
