• In Exercise-1, if you encounter the error “Bulk data load failed. An error occurred
while unpacking data.”, then perform the following to address it:
• In Windows explorer: Go to C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Local or
C:\Users\EmmaH\AppData\Local
• Delete all the ax_*.auc files
• Close and re-launch AX client
