Community Sport Stream -Initiation (Learn To Coach Clinic

A NEW STRUCTURE FOR THE NCCP
The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) is based on the three different streams in which coaching takes place in
Canada. Softball Canada’s Learn To Coach Clinic and Ongoing Participation Clinic both fit within the NCCP Community Sport
stream. In addition, there are the Competition Introduction Weekend #1 and Weekend #2 Clinics, Competition Development Weekend
#1 and Weekend #2 Clinics, and the High Performance Clinics, which are all part of the NCCP Competition stream. Lastly, there is
the Instruction stream comprised of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. There are appropriate online MED evaluations for each
stream.
