2015 Proposed Utility Rates
for Highlands Ranch
The Highlands Ranch Metro District and Centennial Water & Sanitation Districts 2015 budgets include
proposed changes to rates charged for water, wastewater services and the streetlight fee that impact
customer utility bills. Proposed rate changes for a *typical single family annual bill are estimated to
increase three percent in 2015 from $789.03 to $812.40.

Why are the rates changing?
