Subject: PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR REGISTRATION OF THE FLOUR
MILLS FOR SUPPLY OF ATTA FOR THE MONTH OF MAY-JUNE 2017 TO
UTILITY STORES CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN LAHORE ZONE
Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan invites applications/profiles/financial bid
from Registered/operational/reputed Flour Mills for registration for supply of
Atta along with rates to Utility Stores of USC Lahore (North & South),
Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Okara, Gujranwala & Sialkot Regions. The detail of
required documents, proforma/ terms and conditions/selection criteria can be
obtained from Zonal Office USC Lahore Zone on payment of Rs.2000/- (Two
Thousand non-refundable) for which receipt will be provided. Without receipt
the application will not be entertained. Moreover, earnest money of
Rs.500,000/- will also be deposited by the interested parties along-with other
documents at the time of tender.
The application/profile/financial bid for pre-qualification should reach Zonal
Office USC Lahore on or before April 21, 2017 at 11:00 Am, which will be
opened on the same day by the Zonal Committee in the Zonal Office at 11:30
AM in the presence of the parties through their authorized representatives.
