 A letter asking for the support (signed) introducing your company and presenting the
international distribution strategy of the film(s) concerned and explaining the
collaboration with each partner involved.
 Application form (attached model) completed and signed
 Bank account details (IBAN)
 Certificate of registration/licence number of the company
 Estimate budget of the global distribution action (costs of the coordinator and of the
distributors – document available on website)
 Assignment of rights agreements or mandates justifying that the applicant has the
rights necessary to market the film abroad;
 Assignment of rights agreements or commercialisation mandates or any other
contractual document testifying the intention of concluding with the partners
(distributors) of some assigment or mandate in each country ;
 CV and contacts of all the partners: coordinator and distributors;
 Film financing plan
 Nationality certificate (attached model)

Application Form ACM Distribution
For each partner:
 Release plan : estimation of the audience and of the number of spectators, schedule of
the releases for each exploitation (theatrical, festival, online).
 Estimate detailed budget (dated and signed) in french or in english for every release on
each distribution platform (festival, theater, VOD, TV..). Splitting of costs for each release
need to be detailed.
 Financing plan: specify what supports have been asked (national or multilateral) and
obtained, and specify the MG (Minimum Guarantee).
 Distribution strategy (summary of the action, detailed strategy, marketing plan,
innovative aspects of the strategy, description of the VOD strategy, target audience)
