- No new events and everyone was good with the schedule
7. OTHER BUSINESS
- Worlds – We will be looking for Volunteers.
- Don spoke on this regarding teams; they have a number of teams registered at this
point. If interested in registering please go online.
- To register as a volunteer you can do it online soon, the cost is $25 per person.
Only 8 hotels are not on the host hotel list.
- Confirmed that stickers are allowed on the helmets as long as they don’t cover the
expiry date. Don Black advised. There was discussion around the rule if a
player accuses another player from the other team of having an expired helmet.
If that player does have an expired helmet it’s a minor penalty and that person
can’t return to the game until his helmet is good.
- Debbie K doesn’t like the overtime rule and would like it revisited. , when a team
receives a penalty and has to play two players vs three players. Rachelle advised
her to draw up a new format and send it to the office and we will look into it and
bring it forward to the CBF.
- Non Contact division at Senior Nationals was cancelled due to lack of interest from
teams.
