STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. Create an account
• Go to http://sqf.sistemlms.com
• Click the “New User” link
• Enter your name, email, username, and a password
• Click the “Register” button
2. Register and pay for course and/or exam
• Go to http://sqf.sistemlms.com
• Login using your username and password
• Click on the “Catalog” link in the left hand navigation
• Click the “Add to Cart” button next to the course and/or exam for which you would like to register
• Click the “Check Out” button
• Click “Next” to confirm your order
• Click the “PayPal” button to be redirected to PayPal
• Select and enter method of payment
• Click “Finalize” to complete your order
3. Launch course or exam
• Go to http://sqf.sistemlms.com
• Login using your username and password
• Click the “Current Class List” link in the left hand navigation
• Click the “Launch” button for the course or exam
4. Take the exam
• The questions will appear at the top of the page with 4 possible answers. For each question, click on the box
that contains your answer.
• At the bottom of the question window is an index of all 60 questions. Simply click on the number of the
question you would like to answer. Questions can be answered out of order and you can change your
answer at anytime during the 60 minutes you have to take the exam.
• Below the answers, you will see the amount of time remaining to complete the exam. Once the time has
expired, the exam will be automatically submitted for evaluation or you can submit your answers at any time
by clicking on the “Submit Test” button.
5. Review your results
• The results page will display your test status (pass or fail), the percentage of correct answers and a link to
review the exam questions and your answers.
• Click on the “Review Answers” link. Green indicates a correct answer and red indicates an incorrect answer.
6. Print your certificate
• Go to http://sqf.sistemlms.com
• Login using your username and password
• Click the “My Transcript” link in the left hand navigation
• Click the “Certificate” button next to the course and/or exam
• The certificate will open in a new window for you to print
