development
– Many Factors moved Committee toward Objective
• Formal Evaluation
– Published

– Observe but don’t participate
• Second half
– Double check ratings and behaviors
– Look for any adjustments discussed at Half
– Develop the post game comments
• Be in the locker room for Postgame
– In most cases the Crew Chief goes first
– In most cases ONE Evaluator will present the comments
– Per Official & Crew Provide one item for immediate
improvement
– Per Official & Crew Provide at least one positive observation
– Keep it short
