prior to your arrival ; to be in contact by phone, e-mail or SKYPE. Sending pictures, and basic
info so that you can have an idea about this properties.
• contact by phone with you or the driver, as soon as you land to Bucharest
• info regarding : the closest supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, transportation means, by
offering a special map face to face or via e-mail.
• Orientation tour once you will arrive: areas, points of interest, location for pharmacies,
supermarkets, open markets, shopping areas etc
• negotiation for the rental condition and prices with the owners
• proposal for lease agreement draft used by other teachers in the past
• negotiating the lease agreement as per your interest according to the law
• info regarding the first payments and support in making the first payment
• support for the handover ,writing/signing the inventory list , receiving the keys
• support in finding to buy furniture, if the apartment it is unfurnished
• support in obtaining the registration from the financial administration office ( this document
it is mandatory to be brought to the school for the legal papers)
• support after you move, on the entire period of contract , contact by e-mail and mobile
anytime
• Support for the contract renewal, negotiation + organize the addendum to be signed by both
parties

It seems like yesterday we began this adventure, I still remember 
