village with the present situation, per capita income following the establishment of RCS, and then
the VPA and then the VPF. With the establishment of MV – MN, the life of all the people becomes
more comfortable and will go for positive health.

1.2. PERCAPITA INCOME - VILLAGE-A SCENARIO - With the
establishment of RCS - Example 1 – Stage 2.
In the same village – A, all the 5000 acres of land is irrigated through RCS, but only the 3000 acres
land that belongs to the owners is utilized for agriculture, the government land is still lying waste.
Now all the farmers are putting the crop in a unscientific way, not able to afford the modern
equipment, they put the crops that is not suitable for the soil, soon after the growth they sell the
products for a low cost, but still the overall production is increased.
Somu, who has 40 acres of land , who was growing paddy and sugar cane if the water supply was
good, now growing the same without any difficulty for the water, now his annual income has raised
to 6 lakhs, now he also gives more for the 5 working families, and he saves 2,50,000 rupees per
annum.
Ramu, who has 2 acres of land, now he gets continuous supply of water, earns 80000 rupees per
year, and saves 40000 rupees per year even after selling the products for low cost.
Bheema who has 28 acres of land has given back all the loaned money, earns 5lakhs per annum,
saves 2 lakhs per annum, he gets the help from 2 working families, he looks after them very well.
Now the total income in the village has increased. it is as follows,
Land owner & farmer:150*60000 90,00,000
(Number of owners*Avg. anu.
Income)
VPA
working 1,42,50,000
members:950*150*100

employees:100*6000*12
(no*salary*months)
non government employees 72,00,000
:200*3000*12
(no*salary*months)
Total income
6,26,50,000
Per capita income: 6,26,50,000 / 10,000= 6265rupees/annum.
The per capita income has increased to 6265 from 4102, which is a rise of 2163rupees.
Observations ;
1. The total income for the land owners has increased (double the original income).
2. The working farmers now getting the double the original daily wages.
3. The income of the business people is also increased by 20000per annum, because of the increased
business.
1.3. Per capita income - VILLAGE-A –SCENARIO – With the
establishment of RCS – VPA - Example 1-Stage 3.
In the same village – A, all the 5000 acres of land is irrigated through RCS, and entire 5000 acres land
that belongs to the owners and also to the government is utilized entirely without leaving any land
waste by the VPA for agriculture. Now the farmers are putting the crop in a Scientific way and the
agricultural scientist guides the farmer in a right way and he is residing at the village only, his
agricultural university is helping him in all the aspects of the agriculture like soil testing, plant growth
monitoring, plant pathology and its management ect. Now they are able to afford the modern useful
equipments for agriculture. They put the crops that are suitable for the soil after soil testing and
they add necessary nutrients to the soil if needed. After the growth they are not selling the products
for a low cost but they are putting their products in to their agriculture association factory and get
the maximum price that is there for that product at present. Now the government is also getting
good income from the land that was laying waste all these years. And the overall production is
increased many times.
The scenario in the entire village has changed all are working from morning till evening, before
starting their work they pray in the name of god/none and in the same prayer useful
announcements is made necessary for the work and life. Since all are busy in useful work, they don’t
have much time for waste problem provoking talks, don’t have time for smoking, don’t have time for
alcoholism, don’t have time for gambling, as soon as they finish their work, the husband and the
wife go to the school and bring their children, they cook good food, the whole family sit together
and they will have their food, the children start reading better as they get good food, better light
and love in the house. They attend the recreation meets conducted at their association and they
enjoy the life to the maximum extent in all the aspects.
As all the government land start growing the crop, the income to the government has also increased,
all the government employs in the village start getting more income, salary and facilities.
The vehicle maintenance is reduced due to less repair, more mileage due to better roads created by
the VPA. Most of the nutritional disorders like PEM, Night blindness decreased due to better
availability of food grains in the house, road side fruit tree plantation by the VPA. One day DTO
(District Tuberculosis Control Officer) visited the AA, he explained all about the tuberculosis in 20
minutes after the prayer, all the people who had evening rise of temperature and cough for more
than 15 days underwent examination and investigation, all the tuberculosis cases in the village
identified and treatment started, all the diagnosed patients completed the treatment and declared
cured.
Somu, who has 40 acres of land, who was growing paddy and sugarcane if the water supply was
good, now growing the same without any difficulty for the water, and he gets the maximum price for
his sugarcane from his factory, and he gets the ownership share also from the factory, and the paddy
is processed to the final stage in to the edible rice and it is sold/ exchanged through inter VPA
exchange system. He becomes the president of village panchayat AA, and he gets two working share
apart from the routine president expenses (the president and the secretary gets two working share
and rest of the office bearers gets one and a half share, apart from the salaried persons, which is
included in the VPA monthly expense, all other workers gets one working share per person). Now
his annual income has raised to 16 lakhs, now the 5 working families are working under VPA, Both
the husband and the wife, and their working children are getting one working share each for their
work. And now he is saving 10 lakhs per year.
Ramu, who has 2 acres of land, now he gets continuous supply of water, grows sugarcane in his
fields and he gives his sugarcane to his factory gets the maximum amount for his products, he gets
the ownership share for the land that he owns, since he and his wife are working in the VPA, they
also get the one working share each for their work and he also gets the ownership share from the
AA factory as his product are given for the factory. Earns 4,00,000 rupees per year, and saves
2,00,000 rupees per year.
Bheema who has 28 acres of land, has already given back all the loaned money and he gives his
agricultural products to his factory and gets the maximum value for it and he also gets the owner
share, earns 15lakhs per annum, saves 10 lakhs per annum, the 2 working families has joined the
VPA.
Now the total income in the village has increased. It is as follows,
Land owner & farmer: 150 * 3,00,00,000
200,000 (Number of owners *
Avg. anu. Income)
VPA
working
members: 12,00,00,000

Business people: 250*2,00,000 5,00,00,000
(no*Avg. anu. Income)
Government
employees 2,40,00,000
100*20,000*12
(no*salary*months)
Non government employees 2,40,00,000
200*10000*12 (no * salary *
months)
Total income
14,80,00,000
Per capita income 14,80,00,000 /10,000= 14800rupees/annum.
The per capita income has increased to14800 from 6265, that is a rise of 8535 rupees from stage2 to
stage3, and a rise of 10698 rupees from stage1 to stage3.
Observations:
1. The annual income of the land owners has increased due to usage of more scientific methods in
agriculture, due to proper irrigation, less loss in agriculture by early identification of disease and its
treatment, proper price for the agriculture products.
2. The coolie farmers became working share holders in the VPA they are not getting the coolie but
they get the working share, they are getting ownership share from the VPF also, their socioeconomic
status has increased and leading a good life, they acting like reservoir for most of the communicable
diseases is decreased due to improved housing.
3. 250 business people among 500 shifted to agriculture related works since the farmers start giving
their products directly to the factory as they are getting ownership share from the factory. Other
250 non agriculture business people start earning more as the people economy is improved.
4. The government employs start getting more salary and facility as the income to the government
is also increased.
5. Nongovernmental organization also starts giving more salary because of the possibility of
unavailability of the employs in the near future.
6. Medical expenses for all the segments of the people is decreased due to better housing, good
potable water supply, better availability of food grains in the house.
7. Vehicle maintenance, bus charge/transportation charges decreased because
of better roads,
decreased population movements.
8. Better communication, more time with the family, less uncertainties in the life, no chances of
getting in to the loss, less worry in life all lead to better life in the village.
1.4. Per capita income-VILLAGE-A –SCENARIO - With the
establishment of RCS – VPA – VPF - Example 1-Stage 4.
In the same village – A, all the 5000 acres of land is irrigated through RCS and entire 5000 acres land
that belongs to the owners and also to the government is utilized entirely without leaving any land
waste by the Agriculture association/Village panchayat for agriculture. After the growth they are not
selling the products for a low cost but they are putting their products in to their agriculture
association factory and get the maximum price that is there for that product at present. The VPF
distributes the income in such a way that 30% goes to the owners that are the land owners and the
workers at the VPA, 30% for the workers of the factory, 15% Factory Association, 15% for the
government for improvement, 10% for loan repayment. Now all the workers and the land owners
are getting the good amount from the factory, and the employs working at the factory are also
getting the good working share depending upon the raw material supply by the VPA’s and the hard
work of the employs. Now the government is also getting good income from the land that was laying
waste all these years and the land ownership share from the factory for the land that it has in that
area (VPA wise) which goes to the supplying VPA of that factory respectively and then it goes to the
DC’s office then to the state and the center. And the government is also getting 15% share for the
national improvement. And the overall production is increased many times.
One day DTO (District Tuberculosis Control Officer) visited the VPF, he explained all about the
tuberculosis in 20 minutes after the prayer in AA factory assembly hall, all the people who had
evening rise of temperature and cough for more than 15 days underwent examination and
investigation, all the tuberculosis cases in the village identified and treatment started, all the
diagnosed patients completed the treatment and declared cured.
He becomes the president of VPA, and he gets two working share apart from the
routine president expenses (the president and the secretary gets two working share and rest of the
office bearers gets one and a half share, apart from the salaried persons, which is included in the AA
monthly expense, all other workers gets one working share per person). Now his annual income has
risen to 24 lakhs, now the 5 working families are working under AA, Both the husband and the wife,
and their working children are getting one working share each for their work. And now he is saving
16 lakhs per year.
Ramu, who has 2 acres of land, now he gets continuous supply of water, grows sugarcane in his
fields through VPA and he gives his sugarcane to his factory gets the maximum amount for his
products, he gets the ownership share for the land that he owns, he joined the AA factory as a senior
supervisor and gets the working share from the factory, his wife also joined VPA factory as clerk and
gets the salary for her work. They also gets the ownership share from the VPA factory as their
product grown through VPA are given to the factory. Earns 10,00,000 rupees per year, and saves
6,00,000 rupees per year.
Bheema who has 28 acres of land, has already given back all the loaned money and he gives his
agricultural products to his factory and gets the maximum value for it and he also gets the owner
share from the VPA for the land he has, working share for the work that he does for the VPA, also
gets the Ownership share from the Factory for the land that supplies the raw material to the VPF.
Earns 25lakhs per annum, saves 15 lakhs per annum, among the 2 working families, one has joined
the VPF, another family has joined the VPF.
Now the total income in the village has increased. It is as follows,

Total income
53,50,00,000
Per capita income 53,50,00,000 / 10,000= 53,500rupees/annum.
The per capita income has increased to 53,500 from 14,800 from stage 3 to stage 4,that is a rise of
38,700. Rise of 47,235 from stage 2, a rise of 49,398 rupees from stage1 is noticed.
Observations:
1. The annual income of the land owners has increased due to proper price for the agriculture
products through their VPF, they get their share for the amount of land that they have. Since they
are working either in the VPA or in the VPF, they get their working share for the work they do. They
are also getting the ownership share from the factory since they are supplying raw materials for the
factory
2. The coolie farmers became working share holders in the VPA they are not getting the coolie but
they get the working share. They are getting ownership share from the VPA also. Out of 1200 coolie
farmers, 200 farmers skilled in factory works have joined factory and getting the working share from
the factory.
3. Out of 250 business people 50 people shifted to VPF, and start getting the working share.
Remaining business people continued their profession since it is getting sufficient money for them
4. The government employs start getting more salary and facility as the income to the government
is also increased.
5. Since the government start getting more income both at the state and the central level, it could
pay back all the loaned money taken from the international agencies. (The 10% loan pay back money
is continued to pay for the loan fund until our Nation is FREE of loans). When once our nation is loan
free the same 10% money can be utilized locally in constructive works in the village.
6. To raise the per capita income more than this, depend on the amount of coordinated, cooperated
hard work done by the people, more correct way of thinking in doing the work, and by making fewer
mistakes in our works.
