That’s right, here is your Second Chance to qualify for the Minnesota State Open! If you missed qualifying by a few shots, or
just had an “off-day”, here is an opportunity to play 18 more holes to redeem yourself
and qualify for the 2017 Minnesota State Open.

July 9, 2017 at 11:59 p.m (CST) or the first 90 players, whichever occurs first.
ONLINE ENTRY ONLY at www.MinnesotaPGA.com. You can also register with your smart phone
(see below).
Open to any unsuccessful 2017 qualifier. In other words, if you attempted and failed to qualify at
Highland National GC on June 15, Purple Hawk CC on June 19, The Preserve @ GVL on June 22,
Rich Spring on June 23, Eagle Valley GC on June 26, Bunker Hills GC on June 27, or Willingers
GC on June 29, you are eligible for this event.

Up to 8 spots will gain entry into the State Open Championship. Exact number of qualifying spots is
dependent on the total number of entries.
Entries for the Second Chance Qualifier will only be accepted online. Go to www.MinnesotaPGA.com, hover over Tournaments in the
horizontal navigation bar and select Section Tournament Calendar. Scroll down to the Minnesota State Open Championship and click
Register to the right of Minnesota State Open-Second Chance Qual.
NOTE: Register will not appear until 9:00 a.m. on June 30th. If at any time during the registration process you are asked if you a member
of the Minnesota PGA, select Yes, if you know your log-in credentials; or select No, if you are not a member or do not know your login
credentials.
Register for the Second Chance Qualifier with your smart phone
Android User?
If you are an Android user, search for “Minnesota PGA” in
the Android Market. Download the Minnesota PGA app,
install it, find the Minnesota State Open Second Chance
qualifier on the Tournament Calendar and register.
iPhone User?
If you are an iPhone user, go to the iTunes store and search
for “Minnesota PGA”. Download the Minnesota PGA app,
install it, find the Minnesota State Open Second Chance
qualifier on the Tournament Calendar and register.
