with proper mortar proportions and well
mixed with concrete mixing machine for the
foundations after consolidating the excavated
surface with roller or compactor
Filling with murrum in foundations with
proper layers and watering rolling
(compacting) complete
Providing & spreading Mental of particle
size not less than 40-50 mm with proper
layer of 6” thk.(15 cm)
Providing & Laying Controlled cement
concrete bed in M-200 on Metal bed of 5”
thk. Layer with well machine mixed and
vibrated and finishing the surface with
channels & all complete. Incl. making
concrete joint & Filling the joint.
Providing & Fixing TMT approved steel as
temperature reinforcement in controlled
cement concrete as per the structural details
of grade FE:415
Providing & Laying controlled cement
concrete M-250 grade on periphery of the
BB Court incl. chemical bonding agent to
bond the new concrete with old concrete
using pidilite URP or equivalent.
Providing & Fixing Basket ball net & glass
or wood, pole set with MS pipes and
approved materials etc.
Providing & Fixing Chainlink fencing for
the peripheral area of the court 8’ height with
MS or cement pole structure all complete as
directed by the site Engineer / In charge.
Providing & Fixing MS Main gate as per the
design & details incl. all painting application
complete as directed by the site Engineer / In
charge.
Providing & Laying Epoxy paint belts &
marks for basket ball court marking on the
concreted surface the paint coat should be
scratch resistance & durable as directed the
site Engineer/ In charge.
