Scratch/ Refund Deadline: November 15, 2015
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit with rosters will hold your club’s spot. If you have sent in a
deposit with less than $250, please send the remainder ASAP. Your spot will not be confirmed
until deposit is received. When sending rosters please use the roster form enclosed in the packet.
Balance must be paid in full by 11/15/2015 or when meet fills

Tentative Schedule:
Friday, 2/12/2016: Levels 8-10 (Session 1 will begin at 3:00 PM)
Saturday, 2/13/2016: Level 2, XCEL (First session begins at 8:00 AM)
Sunday, 2/14/2016 – Levels 3-7 (First session begins at 8:00 AM)
Meet Format: Modified Massachusetts Warm-up Compete
Age Groups: Divided evenly per level per session. Age determined as of date
on competition
Individual Awards: 50% Event Placement; 100% AA Placement for Levels 1-4,
Xcel Bronze
Team Awards: 100% Placement per session; All teams will receive a banner
Athlete Gift: Every competitor receives a Wilkey’s Invitational gift.
Session Admissions: Adults $15 per session; Children under 10/ Seniors 65+
$10 per session; Weekend Pass (All Sessions) $25
