APPEAL AGAINST DISMISSAL AND FOR TRANSFER OF COURSE
To: STUDENTS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF FORM
The Form can only be submitted after the Semestral Examination and
within the specified period stipulated in the Student Homepage.
LATE APPEALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
(2)
Please complete Section 1 of the Appeal Form and submit it to your current
School/Division, together with the following documents:
-
Copies of all NP examination results
A copy of the GCE ‘O’ Level/S.P.M. results (only for transfer of course)
Any other relevant documents
Appeal for transfer of course is strictly only for students who can proceed
on in their studies.
ANY INCOMPLETE FORM WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

ELR2B2 refers to your GCE ‘O’ Level/S.P.M. results, i.e. grades obtained for
English Language, relevant two subjects and best two other subjects.
(4) Appeals for transfer will only be considered if your GCE ‘O’ Level results meet
the accepting course’s current ELR2B2 aggregate, and if there are vacancies in
the course. You must also be able to complete the course within the duration
stipulated.
Student will be informed of the outcome by mail within 3 weeks after the
appeal period (4 working days starting from the release of examination
results).

transfer of course will be required to acknowledge and support the child/ward’s
request.

the Form to the Receiving School/Division for consideration.
the Receiving School/Division is requested to complete Section 3 before
routing the Form to the Examinations Section for reply. Please include the
key decision factors in the comments.

students.
