CONTEST RULES
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to play. Only one entry per person. Must be a
resident of Franklin County, Massachusetts or Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Greenfield Savings
Bank employees and immediate family members such as their spouse, partner, or children are not
eligible to enter.
2. Agreement to Official Rules: By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound to these
rules and all decisions of the judging organization, which are final. You are not a winner until your
prize claim is validated and you receive official notification from the judges. Promotion materials
and submissions void if illegible, incomplete, forged, reproduced, mutilated, tampered with, not
obtained legitimately, or if they contain errors. No more than the advertised number of prizes will
be awarded. Prize claimants may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, Prize and
Publicity Release where legal. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification. No
responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete entries. In
event of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, name submitted at the time of entry governs.
3. Timing: The one day promotion will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at all Greenfield Savings
Bank office locations during lobby business hours only, beginning at 9:00am EST.
4. How to enter and play: All entries must be made in person during the promotion period listed
above at a Greenfield Savings Bank office. Limit one entry per person. Entry forms must be filled
out in their entirety to be considered valid and eligible to win. Winners will be selected at random
on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 and notified by phone.
5. Prizes available and odds: One of four $500 American Express® gift cards. Odds of winning are
based on the number of entries received.
6. General Conditions: Greenfield Savings Bank may cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
7. Release: By participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless Greenfield Savings Bank and its
employees against any and all liability, damages or causes of action with respect to or arising out
of either (i) entrant participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prize awarded in the promotion.
8. Limitations or Liability: Greenfield Savings Bank and its employees are not responsible for, and
entrant hereby releases Greenfield Savings Bank and its employees from any claims arising from
(i) technical failures of any kind, (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any sort of the promotion
(iii) any injury or damage caused to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly,
from the entrant’s participation in the entry process or winner’s use of the prize.
9. Taxes: Recipient is required to pay any applicable state or federal taxes associated with winning.
