Virtual Tow Dear Virtual Tow Users, We are excited to announce an update we have recently implemented with Virtual Tow—the creation of a new Virtual Tow portal! With the assistance of our IT team, we are now able to expedite the process of your service request even faster! This new efficiency predominantly works behind the scenes. However, there are a few changes to the new portal which you will notice when searching for historical data. This includes: Your dashboard, searching for an existing/past request and reporting. One of the features to the new portal is the addition of a drop down box called “Legacy”. This drop down menu will provide you with a link to historical data created prior to 10/22/2016 for your dashboard, searches and reporting. For all data made on or after 10/22/2016, please use the standard searches on the new portal. Included below is an image that displays the new added drop down option: When you need to search for your dashboard, search for a service request or reporting prior to 10/22/16, please use the “LEGACY” menu drop down: When you are in the legacy portal and need to return to the new portal, please click on the “LINK TO NEW VIRTUAL TOW”. You will need to return to the new portal to create a new service request as the legacy portal will disable this feature: Last but not least, any changes to existing service requests will now need to be communicated solely in the Edit Request field. Follow the same process by clicking the edit button, and then use the comments box to input your changes. Don’t forget to save changes so we receive the update! As a friendly reminder, please make sure you continue to use the button when you reply to our logistics team on any correspondence from [email protected].
