Jeanne van Damme
Hi, I am Jeanne and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since
2015. I specialize in residential property rentals within the Greenstone,
Edenvale and surrounding areas. I have been within the property industry
for the past 14 years. I began working for Imperial Bank and Absa in their
residential property division and furthered my career into Portfolio Manager,
where I was responsible for my own portfolio of developers within the
residential sectional title sector. I was involved from the early stages of
finance to completion of the development. During this time, I attended many
in-house courses within the bank, including SAPOA.
After leaving the banking industry, I continued along the property path and
joined a Property Management company and it was here where I
established their Rental Management department. Thereafter I joined
another Property Management company as a Portfolio Manager and left
after two years. However this brought about the perfect opportunity to join
Pam Golding Properties as a Rental Agent, and as I have a passion for
property this has broadened my skills to an additional sector within the
property industry. Working with different people and providing a home to a tenant gives me great pleasure as well as satisfying the needs of my landlords
financially and placing the correct tenant within their property.
I have a clear understanding of the EAAB code of conduct and apply this to my every day duties in my position. I have obtained my NQF 4 qualification in
2015 and intend to complete my PDE qualification by the end of 2016. With 14 years’ experience within the property industry within finance, management
and letting I focus on providing the best possible tenants to my Landlords, ensuring good service, communication and as little hassle to the landlord or
