Key responsibilities and capabilities College Administration & Support: Provide Administration Support to PA to the Principal and SLG Team Cover PSA area in the afternoon Support Attendance when required with administration duties To photocopy and produce necessary College materials including marketing materials and exams for exams officer. Provide Reception cover and holiday/sickness cover as required during term time. Provide any reasonable additional services according to local requirements in the College at the request of the Principal PA. Person Specification The position of College Administrator requires excellent spreadsheet skills and the ability to multi-task in order to meet the needs of key areas within the College. An ability to work using one’s own initiative as well as being a good team player is a pre-requisite.
