enforced at national, industrial and local levels and decide whether to

Guidelines for good practice” : general principles, management,
working procedure and implementation for association
standardization
“A Guide on How to Foster and Develop Association Standards”:
general principles, objectives, manage and support mechanism
The draft revision of Standardization Law of the People’s Republic of
China: adding association standard to its standardization system
CCSA STANDARDS
CCSA started to work on association standards since 2012, and is
designated as one of the pilot organizations in the national
standardization reform.
Up to now, CCSA has approved and published about 80 CCSA standards.
Many of them have been implemented and referenced by enterprises
and organizations, such as
• Cloud service agreement reference framework
• Government Purchase Cloud Service
These standards have become technical references for government
procurement of cloud services.

1. Restructure working areas and organization.
2. Adjust CCSA’s constitution and deliverables, including:

to allow alliances and fora to develop standards in CCSA.

• allow alliances and fora to develop standards in CCSA.
• Considering establish new body and working procedure for
open source.
3. Explore new modes of cooperation with other technical alliances

CONCLUSIONS
• Enterprises and organizations choose CCSA for CCSA’s services and
solutions to meet their business needs.
• Our deliverables should be ultimate solutions at best, to our
members’ networks, applications, and software or hardware
products.
