If you are enrolled as one of the COSEHC QUALITY IMPACT DPC PTN practices, your costs for travel, including
airfare and hotel are covered for the primary provider and one other staff member from the practice to the Tampa
meeting. CME credit will be offered at no charge
 “DPC De-Constructed”: A look at everything from the basics, the nuts and bolts, the legal and regulatory
issues, growing your patient panel, minimizing expenses and overhead, getting the media to work for you to
change the “copay culture” in your community, using technology to give you more time with patients and
increasing net revenue. Registration is complimentary for all network IPA members, PTN grant participants,
and affiliates. The DPCMH Association will provide 10 Resident and 10 Medical Student Scholarships. For
non-network members registration is $50.

DPCMH Association- “DPC for Residents and Medical Students” – is what you need to know and when you
need to act on it, information on DPC Scholarships, Loan Repayment, and Immersion Electives, and Board of
Directors meeting. Registration is free for all medical students and residents who have submitted an accepted
application.

COSEHC Annual Meeting and TCPI/PTN update: In 2015 COSEHC was awarded TCPI grant as a Practice
Transformation Network (PTN). This over $15 million grant funds practices to transform to value based care
models including up to 600 DPC practices. This meeting will consist of cutting edge CME from national level
expert faculty as well. Registration is complimentary for any COSEHC Center of Excellence or practice
participating in the PTN grant.

Access Healthcare Direct DPC Network Annual meeting: All network members are welcome. Content will
include update on network marketing, website, and apps as well as vendor discounts. There will also be an
affiliate meeting reception with DPC Leaders and Innovators.

Direct Primary Care Bootcamp: This small group intensive training and business planning session is meant for
those that are no longer “kicking the tires” but are instead ready to transition their practice in the near future
to a full DPC model. We have been conducting these small group sessions since 2007 and have trained and
help transition physicians in 26 states. Registration for Bootcamp is dependent on an accepted application and
is limited only a handful of providers and their key staff. Many of the most successful DPC practices in the
country are DPC Bootcamp graduates. Maximum registration is 4 providers. Registration includes an
individualized business plan and strategy discussed one on one with Dr. Brian Forrest including pricing and
panel size recommendations for each practice.
