Signed Waiver for mail-in entries
ALL PLAYERS under the age of 18 must have
a guest waiver signed by a parent before
they will be allowed in the club.

15 Minute default time will be enforced
LIMIT OF 2 EVENTS PER PERSON—1 singles,
1 doubles OR 2 doubles (No one will be
allowed to play 2 singles events)

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
It is expressly agreed that all use of Club facilities and
equipment shall be undertaken by participants at their
own risk, and that the Club shall not be subject to any
claim, demand, or for any loss, damage, injury, or
death caused to any participant’s family or guests,
from any cause whatsoever. Every participant, for himself/herself, and on behalf of his/her spouse, children,
guest, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, does hereby expressly forever release and discharge the Club, it’s agents, employees, successors,
and assigns from all such claims, demands, injuries,
damages, rights, or causes of action, it is specifically
agreed that the Club shall not be responsible or liable
to participants or their guests for articles lost or stolen
at the Club, or liable for loss or damage to any other
property or participants or their guests, including their
vehicles and their contents.

In Memory of
Vincent Dente
Vince Dente was a man who loved tennis and had a
special place in his heart for the young player. Vince
gave freely of his time and money in order to help those
local juniors who might not otherwise get the chance to
learn and afford to play this great game of tennis. In
Vince’s memory we established the Vince Dente Junior
Tennis Foundation. Its focus is to help junior players of
all ability levels reach their goals as tennis players.
Since 1997 the foundation has helped numerous local
juniors and organizations realize their tennis goals.






