NOTES:
1. Accommodation Fees quoted are correct at the time of publication, but may be subject to change. Refer
to your room offer for confirmed fees. 2. Accommodation fees include a small charge for the Health Centre.
3. Founder's, Kingswood I and II, Reid, Runnymede I and II, Wedderburn and Gowar, Williamson, Tuke and
Butler Accommodation Fees include a small charge for each Hall’s Social Fund. 4. The Accommodation Fees
for all halls include a charge for data access. 5. For termly residences, the "to" dates are the dates when the
room should be vacated (by 10am on that date). For sessional and annual lets, the date when the room
should be vacated is the "to" date in the final billing period (by 10am on that date). 6. For catered pay-as-yougo halls, residents are entitled to purchase meals in the designated dining hall for that Hall at a substantially
reduced rate. 7. Vacation Residence - limited accommodation may be available to students during the
vacations. Enquiries should be made to Hall Receptions regarding availability and prices. 8. Fees are due to be
paid in termly instalments, each instalment is due towards the beginning of each term - exact due dates will
be shown in your room offer.
