This sheet will be used to record your team players weekly earned points. It is your record in the event of any discrepancies
score sheets, or in the event score sheets are lost. Captains are to fill in the name of each teammate and record the earned
player points per match won each week. Remember to also count 1 point for each write-up/outstanding game your teammates
may have acquired during their matches. This sheet is to be retained by the team captain until after the final standings are
received.
Note that player points not submitted on the weekly score sheets will not be calculated by the scorekeeper. It is the Captains
responsibility to complete this section of the score sheet each week. If this section is blank, no credits will be given, however,
no penalty will be imposed either for not completing this section other than the loss of the points.
