Players must be under the age of the event entered, as on 1 January 2011.
Players must be at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled playing time,
and be warmed-up and ready to play at the scheduled time.
PLEASE NOTE: Players must be able to play a match on Friday evening.
Players must be available to play throughout the weekend. Please indicate any playing
problems on the form above. Once finalised, match times cannot be changed.
Players are expected to mark and referee the match following theirs. Winners to
Referee and Losers to Mark.
Players are to abide by Squash SA, Easterns Gauteng. All cell phones are banned
while marking. In all circumstances, the Tournament Referee’s decision is final.
Play will commence at 17h00 on Friday and finish at approximately 14h00 on Sunday.
Draws and times will be available to players by Thursday 12th May 2011at 16h00. (i.e.
provided you have supplied us with an accurate email address.) or alternatively
contact the tournament coordinator.
NB: Please indicate playing strength in detail so we can rank correctly
Scoring will be best of 5 games ”point-a-rally” up to 15 points (Age Group U11-U13)
and 11 points (Age Group U14 –U19)
The Dunlop Pro XX will be the official match squash ball.
Players who do not attend the Prize-giving will forfeit their prizes.
PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR IS COMPULSORY!
