What is a Nomen Global Language Centers Independent Agent?
Nomen Global Language Centers, located in Provo, Utah, is one of the most experienced ESL
(English as a Second Language) schools in the Western United States. Nomen Global Agents
are hard-working sales representatives who recruit students to attend Nomen Global.
Agents are an essential element of the overall success of Nomen Global. In fact, an estimated
75 percent of the Nomen Global student body comes by working through an agent. For this
reason, Nomen Global staff is dedicated to offering prompt and personal service to all agents
throughout the world, and providing any resources they request.
Nomen Global allows agents to use creativity in researching new and better ways to recruit.
Agents are not required to use one sales method over another. Nomen Global’s international
corporate team is always ready to assist agents in finding potential students through
answering all questions, providing ideas, helping agents get started, and providing
information and documents. The international team will answer phone calls and/or emails
throughout the five day work week. Agents will be assigned a personal international sales
team member to help them specifically.
How is an Independent Agent Paid?
Nomen Global Agents are paid on a commission basis. This benefits agents because they set
their own hours, work according to their own financial goals, and it is the perfect way to
supplement an income. There is no limit to how much money a motivated and hard-working
agent can make.
Because we rely upon the assistance independent agents, Nomen Global offers a generous
commission of the tuition that each student they recruit brings in at time of enrollment.
Agents are also eligible for special bonus commissions as they meet certain goals set forth by

Are there any quotas that I have to meet?
No. Our agent contract gives you the freedom of working at your own pace. That means no pressure from us
and all the benefits for you.
How is my commission amount calculated?
The commission is based upon a percentage of the tuition paid by each student recruited by the agent.
When and how do I receive my commission?
If your student has arrived and paid tuition, then you can expect a commission payment to be sent within 30
business days. Nomen Global can send the payments in a number of ways:

What type of Visa are the students I work with going to receive?
Nomen Global Language Centers, Inc. is federally authorized to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. This means
Nomen Global can issue the I-20 document, which allows students to apply at the United States Embassy or
Consulate for an F-1 Visa.
How many students actually receive F-1 Visa approval?
Due to extensive visa research and detailed student preparation, Nomen Global enjoys over 75% success rate
for F-1 Visa approval.
How can I keep track of the students I’m currently with and have sent to Nomen
Global?
After you have applied and have been approved, we will provide you with an “Agent Kit” which contains tracking
forms, contract forms, sales tips, and sample flyers to help get you off and running! We also will provide you with
a statement each month outlining students who have arrived an d paid in that month.
I don’t have a work permit in the United States. Can I still be an agent?
Yes! Since you will become an independent contractor, not a Nomen Global employee, you do not need a U.S.
work permit. Becoming an independent contractor helps to avoid the tricky and sometimes confusing
international tax laws and regulations that surround international employees. Being an independent contractor
provides you with the flexibility and directness you need to succeed!
So what do I need to become a Nomen Global Agent?
Ask your Area Recruiting Representative to send you the Agent Agreement.
 Fill out the Agent Application form in its entirety if you are a private contractor or just the business
section if you are representing a corporation or other company and then sign and date it.
 Please read the Agent Agreement and then sign and date it.
 Fax, mail, or email the signed and dated Agent Agreement to our corporate office.
