Star Dribbling Activity Set up • Four players start on the cones in the corner of the grid • Dribbling in to the flag and turn to the right and exit the grid; Repeat until everyone returns to their starting cone • Change directions to the left Coaching points • Quick change of direction • Accelerate away from the flag • Head up to see where other players are Progression • Add different moves (inside/outside chop turn, stopovers, pull backs) • Time the group to see how long it takes to get back to the starting positions
