The proximity cards are contactless credential and
available with either MIFARE classic or MIFARE
DESFire EV1 chip. They include an imbedded antenna
and an integrated circuit, enabling contactless reading
with the respective readers. The unique badge number
is printed on top of the card enabling contactless
reading by readers.
The credit card sized card conforms to the ISOstandard size enabling surface printing with
conventional ISO compatible card printers. This card is
durable with IP 68 and can be fully submerged, all the
electronics are sealed inside.
Functions
• MIFARE cards have a wire antenna and a MIFARE Chip
embedded.
• The card is recognized and read when held in front of
the reader.
• The reading process is passive with a frequency of
13.56 MHz.
• MIFARE cards support multiple application areas that
can be individually protected.
