Enter Team Information

Getting Started
Login to your SportsTG Passport and access your Club's Membership Database. If you do
not have a Sports TG Passport please click here for information on how to set one up.
Completing the below steps is required for all Teams.
Step 1 – Select Team
1. Hover cursor over ‘Teams’ on the menu bar
2. Click ‘Teams’ from the drop down menu
3. Select the team you wish to allocate members to, by clicking the
team you want to edit.

Step 2 – Edit Team Details
1. Click ‘Edit’
Step 3 – Team Name, Coach and Manager Details
1. You can alter the Team Name
NB: Team Names must include the Club Name and cannot include Sponsor names.
Clubs should use colours or appropriate team names to distinguish teams from each
other within Competitions. FFV reserves the right to request clubs to change their
team names.
2. Proceed to enter Team Coach & Team Manager for your team.
3. Click on the drop down box and select the applicable individual.

4. Proceed to enter home and away strip colours for your club in the ‘Uniform Colours’
section
Top colour = Home shirt colour(s)
Bottom colour = Home short colour(s)
Alternate colour = Alternate strip colour(s)
Home and Alternate sock colours are located in the ‘Other Details’ section
5. To complete, click the ‘Update Team’ button.
IMPORTANT
If you change a team’s Venue and/or Start Time preference after Online Team Entry,
please contact your Zone Competitions Coordinator to indicate your preference to
ensure your fixtures are correct.
