versatile one-time-use cards and others. Most are compatible with
both monochrome and color digital printing, and our high-end ID cards
are water- and tear-resistant. Creative applications include membership

Xerox Business ID Card
High Durability, High Productivity
A durable polyester card constructed to lay flat for efficient feeding and
high productivity with duplex print capability on card and carrier sheet.
• Synthetic 7 mil and 10 mil polyester card laminated to
a clear poly backing
• Carrier sheet of 32 lb Ledger, 80 lb Text or 90 lb Index
• Water and tear proof, highly durable ID card
• Construction yields a flat stack for efficient feeding allowing for
high productivity
• Large printable area on back of card
• Carrier sheet and cards can be duplex printed; Ideal for
direct marketing
• Sheet and card can be preprinted with static information
• Available in 1-up and 2-up configurations. Also available in

A durable polyester card affixed to a “well” constructed carrier sheet.
• Synthetic 7 mil polyester card embossed into a well
• Carrier sheet of 60 lb Cover, 90 lb Index, 70 lb Laser Opaque,
or 80 lb Laser Opaque
• Waterproof, tear proof and very durable ID card
• WindoWell® configuration available to allow imaging on
back of card
• Sheet and card can be preprinted with static information
• Scoring, using a “whisper score”, and perforations where sheet
stiffness is maintained are available
• Available in 1-up and 2-up configurations. Also available in
continuous feed as a fanfold form

Xerox ClientCardTM
Lays Flat, Variable Placement
A tear resistant card that is integrated into the carrier sheet and
can be imaged on both sides with variable information. Proprietary
embossed border eliminates stack bias and allows feed trays to be
filled to capacity for long runs.

• Various carrier sheets available: 32 lb Bond, 60 lb Cover, 80 lb Text,
90 lb Index, 110 lb Index
• 1-sided or 2-sided toner receptive laminate available covering only
the ID card
• Outer edges of sheet are embossed to provide a flat stack and
pattern is customizable

Simple Card, Simple Use
A durable micro-perforated card, cut into our
DuraDocument Paper, composed of a unique
polyester film laminated between two sheets of
paper. These lay flat sheets are duplex printable.
A temporary ID card that is perforated into
the sheet with duplex print capability.
• Co-planar with integrated, perfed-in card
• Created using DuraDocument Paper —
paper look and feel but with tear and water
resistant properties
