REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Start the registration process by checking your details on the new system,
please follow the following steps:
PROCESS FOR RETURNING PLAYERS
1)
Please click the link to access the following website (or copy & paste into
your browser): http://myrugby.com.au/register
2)
MyRugby is a new technology registration system for the SJRU. All of the
data from 2015 has been retained, however the passwords have not been
retained. Please click ‘Forgot Password’.
3)
Type your email address and click ‘Recover’. This will only work if the email
address on the old database matches the email address that you are
using to recover your password.
Or
If the email address options that you try aren’t recognised, you will have to
click and follow the ‘Sign up now’ option.
4)
You will receive an automated email from MyRugby, unless you had to
follow the ‘Sign up now’ process, in which case you have already set up
your own password. Click on the link provided in the email.
5)
Once you have followed the link on the automated email, you will be able
to access the system and register players.
6)
Parents must register their own details first. Please edit your personal details
first. The red* indicates mandatory fields. Once you have filled in the
mandatory fields go to “Register” at the top of the left hand side of the
page. You need to register as a non-playing member of Chatswood Junior
Rugby Union Football Club Club. This is a free membership.

Player’s details: Once you have edited your details, please scroll down to
update the player’s details and select Chatswood JRUFC and membership
type – 2016 CJRC Player. Remember to upload a photo of your child onto
the system when you update your player’s details.
8)
If there is a new player to register, please click on the green ‘Add Child’
button to create a new player.
9)
Once you have registered all players click “next” and you will be asked to
accept ARU Terms and Conditions. Click “next” and you will then be taken
to the payment page.
10) You will be presented with an itemised invoice of all registrations and you
will be asked to pay with Credit Card details or Paypal. There is a small
processing fee associated with the transaction.
11) You will receive an email from MyRugby acknowledging your registration
and payment.
PROCESS FOR NEW PLAYERS
If you are new to Chatswood JRUFC, please follow this process:
1)
Please click the link to access the following website (or copy & paste into
your browser): http://myrugby.com.au/register
2)
Click and follow the ‘Sign up now’ option
3)
Parents must register their own details first. Please add/edit your personal
details first. The red* indicates mandatory fields. You will then be asked to
register as a non-playing member of Chatswood Junior Rugby Club. This is
a free membership.

2016: CJRC Parent/Guardian
Player’s details: Select the green ‘Add Child’ button underneath the
parent section and enter their details, please then select Chatswood
JRUFC and membership type – 2016 CJRUFC Player. You can add
multiple players at this point.
5)
Once you have registered all players, and all details are up to date, you
may click Proceed to Checkout.
6)
You will be presented with an itemised invoice of all registrations and you
will be asked to pay with Credit Card details or Paypal. There is a minimal
processing fee associated with the transaction.
7)
You will receive an email from MyRugby acknowledging your registration
and payment.
