THE RULES!
• Touch Rugby players, 7s players, rugby players all
can play!
• 12 player squad sizes per night (no maximum
squad size for season)
• 7 a-side TOUCH rugby on a full size field played
over 5 minutes each way.
• Immediate off loads allowed
• 4 down. (4 Touches then a turn over)
• Uncontested scrums to restart play
• Live Kick-Off which are contested until ball is in
play.
• 7 point score under the posts, 5 point score
elsewhere with no conversions
• Played on 4G surfaces in the summer.

• The Home-Counties league is
held on the world class 4g
surface at Maidenhead RFC
• 4G surface is perfect for fas
running rugby 7s
• The Bars are open each
evening with in Yr 1 the
league featuring 12-14 teams.
• Perfect summer evening with
friends, rivals and colleagues.
LONDON
• The London league is hosted by the
famous Rosslyn Park RFC on their 4g
surface.
• The Bars are open each evening with
in Yr 1 the league featuring 12-14
teams.
• 4G surface is perfect for fas running
rugby 7s
• Thursday nights will be targeted as
‘London socials’ for teams and their
supporters to enjoy the evening of
rugby and socialise with friends and
colleagues

• Finals Day is an epic celebration
of rugby 7s as a the 5 week season
comes to a close with teams from
London & The Home Counties
doing battle for the overall title be
it Cup, Plate or Bowl
• Played over an entire day, it will
include exhibition games from
present & former rugby 7s stars
