During the presentation the presenter and audience view and break down several examples to decide if they are gamification or games. What is the difference and why? Scenario Based Learning • What problem are you trying to solve? • What does success look like? • What behaviors are you measuring? • Build a story to drive the engagement. • Work with SMEs to make realistic. • Scenario may or may not need branching. • This is an Iterative process.
