GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTION
CARDIO/STRENGTH
30-20-10
Targets all the components of fitness in one class! Half the
class will be dedicated to cardio formats and the next 20
minutes will be dedicated to strength exercises. The last
10 minutes will involve stretching and flexibility exercises.
STEP AND SCULPT
A mixture of step aerobics and strength training exercises
to give you a perfectly balanced workout. This high
powered workout gives participants a cardio challenge plus
body sculpting exercises using a variety of equipment.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING
Proven low-impact exercise program with cardio, strength
and flexibility segments that burn fat, strengthen muscles
and increase flexibility. Work out more efficiently and get
better results by increasing your metabolic rate, producing
anti-aging hormones and having fun too!
TABATA EXPRESS
Tabata is a system of short, high-intensity intervals. The
basic formula is 20-seconds of work followed by 10seconcds of rest, repeated 8-times. This is the fasted
proven method of burning calories and improving your
fitness levels by taxing both aerobic and anaerobic energy
systems.
ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Build speed, strength and endurance, agility and
coordination with high intensity, interval workouts, which
involve a combination of cardio and strength training.
Some elements of the class may take place outside.
F.I.T. CAMP (Functional Interval Training)-outside!
Expand your definition of a workout as well as your fitness
in this 60-minute class packed with bodyweight exercises,
short bursts of high intensity cardio, and a big dose of
fun.
CARDIO POWER
Power Cardio is a high energy, functional training class
that will help you boost your metabolism and burn
calories. This class combines lots of cardio and functional
strength training to keep your workouts challenging,
invigorating and fresh. Power Cardio will help you get a
stronger body + a stronger mind. Be ready to go outside!
CARDIO KICKBOXING
This class is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial
arts. It offers a total body workout which aims to improve
strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination
and balance. Be ready to kick, jab, cross, hook and
uppercut for a complete workout. The class will conclude
with an abs workout and full body stretch.
HIP HOP
60-minutes of fun dance moves choreographed to
contemporary pop music. This is a workout you will enjoy
doing both in class and when you hear the songs come on
the radio!
KETTLEBELL CARDIO TRAINING
Learn what's unique about kettlebells. This is your "all in
one fitness". In our class we will truly touch all five
components of fitness; cardio-respiratory efficiency,
muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, and body
composition. You will learn the very basics about kettlebell
through a series of fun exercises that will make you want
more!
ZUMBA
This aerobics class fuses Latin rhythms, easy-to-follow
moves and energizing music to create a high energy,
calorie blasting, total body workout. This fun fitness class
feels more like a “night out” than a work out at the gym!
BODYWEIGHT PLUS
Build muscle while stripping away fat, increase
cardiovascular endurance, improve strength and flexibility
all in one class. You will see crazy good results!
VINYASA YOGA
Expand your physical experience by introducing movement
and agility to the body. Using yoga to build strength, core
endurance and resilience, we will flow through class,
beginning with gentle warm-ups, increasing movement
and brining energy into the whole body and closing with
deep relaxation.
GENTLE YOGA
Gentle Yoga class is structured around rejuvenating and
healing the body. Props are used often to move safely
through poses and allow the body to achieve positions
comfortably. The class moves at a slower pace that
focuses on stretching all areas of the body to help release
tension from muscles and joints. Special attention is paid
to the hamstrings and hips to improve flexibility, and
balance poses are added to increase stability and
posture.
YOGA/MEDITATION
This combination of Yoga and Meditation techniques helps
you to clear and balance your chakras, feel complete
relaxation, and experience a deeper connection with your
inner place of peace. The effects of this practice are
cumulative and lasting, helping you to live your life with
less stress and more peace.

Postures are taught with a comprehensive and alignmentbased focus, appropriate for beginners and those who
want to deepen an already existing practice.
MULTI-LEVELS YOGA
A yoga class that is suitable for all ages and levels of
fitness! Whether you are a beginner to the practice or
have been taking yoga for years, this class is appropriate
for you!
NIA
An innovative fusion fitness blending martial arts, dance,
and healing arts, and also a non-impact, cardio workout
that engages your mind, body, and spirit. People of all
ages and fitness levels should participate!
POWER YOGA
Take your body and mind on a challenging adventure! Get
your heart pumping as you move rapidly through poses
and balances while stretching and strengthening the
muscles.
WATER WORKS
A 60 or 45 min water class that has 4parts: 1) gradual
warm-up and brief stretch; 2) aerobic work using shallow,
deep water and a variety of water tools to strengthen the
heart and lungs (options and modifications will be offered
throughout class); 3) strength & balance-a component
not to skip for those wanting to work on bone support,
muscle tone and balance (helps to reduce the risk of
injury); and 4) stretch-a series of flexibility work for all
the major muscle groups to help increase range of motion.

Let us watch your children as you work out! Stay & Play
will be held on Mondays - Fridays from 9-11:15 AM and
Mondays thru Wednesdays from 6 – 7:15 PM and
Thursdays 5-7:15PM.
