investment funding and have ambitious growth targets for the next five years.
We are a social enterprise because we reinvest surpluses made from contracts won on
the competitive market in further transport services and projects in the communities
that we serve.
Our growth targets are ambitious because the better we do commercially, the more we
can do socially. Examples of our social impact work include:
 Community transport: We provide low cost minibuses to local community groups,
to enable them to access a wide range of activities and the services they need
 Independent travel training: We provide one on one training to children and adults
with disabilities, enabling them to travel independently on public transport, and
gain independence and life-skills that significantly improve their life chances
 Vocational training: We deliver training services for people who are long term
unemployed, specifically focusing on employment and skills
This is an opportunity to join a fast growing social enterprise in an impactful role, and
to win and create opportunities to shape the future of our business..
