Glacier Club members are invited to meet our staff of PGA Golf Professionals
and take their golf games to mountain heights through our extensive instructional
programming. Offering personalized golf schools, game improvement plans, and
club fitting experiences, Glacier Club customizes each instructional program to best
suit the individual golfer’s schedule, needs and playing style. Our team of experts
use years of experience playing and teaching the game as well as the latest tools,
like our state-of-the-art Flightscope Launch Monitor Technology, to give you the
necessary instruction, skills and techniques to improve your personal style of
play. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or a practiced golfer
seeking to gain an extra edge, Glacier Club’s professional instructors have the
experience and knowledge to help you achieve your desired level of performance.

JOSHUA COCCAGNA, PGA | Head Golf Professional
After growing up near Pittsburgh, PA with a passion for the game of golf, Josh attended Penn State University’s Professional
Golf Management program where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Recreations, Park and Tourism Management.
Additionally, Josh is a Class A PGA Professional and has completed the PGA’s Certified Professional Program with a focus
on Golf Operations. Prior to The Glacier Club Josh spent 5 years at Pronghorn in Bend, Oregon. When Josh isn’t on the
golf course, he enjoys skiing and exploring the outdoors.
ALEX FISHER, PGA | Director of Instruction
GOLF DIGEST, AMERICA’S “BEST YOUNG TEACHERS”
Originally from Nottingham, England, Alex joined the Glacier Club team in Spring 2013. His hard work and solo trip
to Naples, Florida in 1999 in pursuit of his golf career paid off in 2011 when he was recognized as one of America’s “Best
Young Teachers” by Golf Digest Magazine, of which he has been featured numerous times since. Accompanied by his wife
Mary, son Max, and daughter Lucy, Alex and his family split their time between Durango in the summer and Scottsdale
in the winter, where he teaches at Wildfire Golf Club. In his time off the golf course, Alex and his family enjoy all that
Colorado’s great outdoors have to offer.
LUCAS BUTLER | PGA Apprentice
A graduate of the Golf Academy of America, holding a degree in Golf Operations Management and currently enrolled in
the apprentice program of the Professional Golfers Association of America, Lucas comes to Glacier Club from Rio Rancho,
New Mexico. With an easy-going attitude and an energetic approach to the game, Lucas relates well to his students and
enjoys working with players of all ability levels.

THE STANDARD — 1 HOUR PRIVATE LESSON
Utilizing video analysis to focus on the aspect of your game where you seek the most improvement, this one-hour session exposes students to the instructor’s
training philosophy and enables them to recognize and gain an understanding of their own personal swing predispositions and ball flight characteristics.

Taken as a series, these “standard” one-hour sessions work more effectively, as a customized Game Improvement Plan can be constructed and implemented
throughout the series duration.

THE TUNE UP – HALF DAY MEMBER ‘MINI’ GOLF SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
Designed to knock the rust off a player out of practice, fix a lingering issue or take a closer look at your game, this half-day golf school offers an individualized
and private learning experience that is unparalleled in its capacity for improvement. With three hours of instruction and video analysis as well as a
customized Game Improvement Plan for technical, physical, equipment and mental improvement, The Tune Up experience enables students to understand
their personal swing predisposition and ball flight characteristics, in addition to learning the adjustments necessary to achieve their desired results.

THE SCRAMBLER – HALF DAY SHORT GAME WEDGE & PUTTING EXPERIENCE
Cutting edge and sure to help improve your scoring within 100 yards, this half-day short game experience takes your Scrambling skills to new heights.
Encouraging students to recognize their personal short game strengths and weaknesses as well as the steps essential for lasting improvement, our PGA
professional will provide three hours of instruction, video analysis and an individualized Game Improvement Plan in technical, physical, equipment, and
mental aspects of the short game, all within a one-on-one private setting.

THE GAMER – HALF DAY 9 HOLE PLAYING/GAME IMPROVEMENT LESSON
With a full swing warm-up, on course lesson and customized Game Improvement Plan, this half-day playing lesson is designed specifically for the
golfer looking for ways to lower their score through improved course management, enhanced shot selection and the ability to better overcome unique
challenges. This 9-hole lesson includes three hours of instruction, lunch and video analysis.

THE MAKEOVER – EXCLUSIVE 2 DAY SCHOOL
Designed to strengthen fundamental elements of the game, eliminate equipment issues, address physical limitations, and improve course management
skills, this two-day session provides six total hours of individualized instruction. Concluding each day in 9 holes with Alex, students are given
the opportunity to experience complete instructional immersion and will receive video analysis and a detailed Game Improvement Plan following
the course completion.

FITNESS
In conjunction with the Glacier Club Golf Academy, Suzanne Eckstein, Director of Lifestyle and Fitness has designed an effective golf performance training
methodology developed specifically for golfers to increase power, distance, accuracy, and consistency. Applying biomechanics of the body through all
phases of the golf swing, Suzanne is able to increases the body’s efficiency, enabling golfers to play better, play stronger, and play longer with more confidence. Suzanne’s holistic approach allows us to address each student’s unique strengths and challenges, driving improvements in performance through all aspects
of their game, from driving to putting, as well as increasing vitality and endurance for students of all ages and every level of ability. Our group boot camps
and individual programs will include: Dynamic warm-ups to prepare the body and mind for the explosive nature of the golf swing, post-round sequencing
to minimize lower body strain, reduce risk of injury, and extend the body’s ability to play.

PRE EVENT PRACTICE WITH THE PRO
Make your next event even more special with the aid of our Academy Instructors. Our PGA professionals will be available to provide “pre round tips” 90
minutes before your tournament. ON-COURSE INSTRUCTION
Program is designed to create enjoyment for your group on the golf course. Academy instructors with join your group on the course providing instruction,
course management, and fun! Typically one of our professionals can cover 2 to 4 groups, playing alongside each group.
ON-COURSE VIDEO ANALYSIS
Designed to create a lasting memory of your golf outing. Instructors will video a golf swing from every participant in your group. Each golfer receives an
email of their golf swing.

Custom Club Fitting Experiences
FULL BAG REBUILD – 2 HOURS
This comprehensive fitting session addresses loft, lie, shaft flex, bounce options and gap management issues in order to build a full bag. All 14
clubs, including Driver, Fairway Woods, Irons, Wedges and Putter are individually and precisely fit based on launch monitor and advanced
fitting technology.
JUST THE DRIVER – 1 HOUR
Customizing your driver, based on your specific launch conditions and desired ball flight characteristics, this comprehensive session takes into account
your existing club and potential gains in newer or different technology based on your swing dynamics and ball flight data.
FAIRWAYS AND HYBRIDS – 1 HOUR
Focusing on the long game, maximizing your yardages and managing any potential gaps in distances in the top end of your bag, this fitting experience
considers which hybrids will be most useful for your game and manages every detail in the fitting and club selection process of fairways and hybrids.
IRON FITTING – 1 HOUR
A majority of golfers play with irons that are improperly fit for their individual swing, despite irons being the most important aspect of our
equipment. This one-hour session employs the most advanced ball-flight radar technology and expert fitting practices to tailor a set of irons to your
personal swing style.
WEDGE WORKS FITTING – 1 HOUR
Whether you are a sweeper or a digger, being a good wedge player starts with choosing a wedge bounce that properly matches your swing style.
This unique one-hour session is invaluable in the questions it can answer regarding your game—whether you want to spin the ball more or adjust gaps
in your wedge distances.
LIGHTS OUT PUTTER FITTING – 1 HOUR
Putting the lights out on the golf course does not happen by accident. Good golfers use putters that fit their stroke as well as their style. Whether you
are a slight arc, strong arc or straight back putter, this one-hour session will identify the kind of putter you need to start rolling the ball more consistently
on line and into the hole.
