The PTFA are holding an auction for some of the prizes that we received for
the Easter Disco. Parents, Friends and Staff have the opportunity to bid on
one or all of the items available on the attached sheet.
All monies raised by the auction will go to the PTFA who will then be
spending the money on the pupils of the school at a later stage. Each item
has kindly been donated by local businesses to use as raffle prizes but it
was felt by the PTFA that as a large amount of prizes had already been
allocated to the raffle more money could be raised by auctioning off the
remaining items and it would be double the fun.
Attached to this letter is a list of each item available. If you wish to bid on
an item please complete the slip for the item and return it to the school in a
sealed envelope marked auction or place it in the box in the school office.
It is worth mentioning that all items will be auctioned off – even if the
highest bid is only 50p!
All bids need to be returned to school by Friday 22nd June. The bids will be
checked for each item and the highest bidder will win the item. (In the
event of there being several highest bidders for the same item, these
names will be put into a hat with one being withdrawn at random – this will
be treated as the ultimate winner for that item).
You will be contacted by a member of staff to let you know that you have
won an item and a request for payment will be made at this time. No
money should be sent in until it has been confirmed that you have won.
