Kind regards, TERRY RYALL Chief Executive Job title: Digital Project Manager Accountable to: Head of Digital Salary: £27 - £30k Contract: 1 year fixed term Job Summary: This role will be responsible for delivering a high quality complex web project on time and will encompass project management, user experience, content production and product ownership. The postholder will be responsible for championing vInspired’s digital vision and ensuring design, development and testing flows seamlessly across iterations. You will manage relationships with participants in co-creation sessions, prioritise stories for each iteration in line with the vision, contribute to weekly iteration reviews and report to the Head of Digital and the Digital Steering group for the project. You will have strong and successful experience managing complex projects through full life cycle. You will need experience of motivating project teams and a proven ability to identify objectives to achieve our vision. Specific Duties: Digital project management ensuring smooth and effective delivery of platform development using lean and agile project management methodologies Carry out research and requirements gathering across vInspired users, stakeholders and internal teams Work with our development agency to identify user needs and help shape user journeys and personas Review and test prototypes and deliverables Attend weekly iteration reviews with agency and key internal stakeholders Work closely with the Head of Digital to ensure effective scheduling and prioritisation of the project delivery within vInspired’s digital strategy and workplan Work closely with the Digital Manager and Digital Programmes Executive to ensure the project incorporates and supports our content strategy, planned digital activity and programmes requirements Work with our development agency to co-ordinate user testing sessions Ensure that all approvals and checks have taken place prior to beta and full launch Ensure successful development of suitable Content Management Systems Write and upload content onto our websites via Content Management System Contribute as required to the wider work of the team Act in a manner that is in keeping with vInspired’s values Undertake any other duties as required and commensurate with the level of this post Young people are at the heart of everything we do We believe that when young people are trusted to take responsibility they are more likely to be successful in bringing about the changes they want to see in the world.
