CONDITIONS OF PLAY
General
 All decisions of the Tournament Management including state of courts, suitability of weather for play are final
 Events with fewer than four entries may be cancelled
 No refunds given to anyone withdrawing after the draw has been completed
 Check In/Out - Competitors are expected to report to the Manager on arrival (at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled
game start time) and before leaving for the day.
 Late arrival – Forfeit - Competitors are given 15 minutes after start time after which a forfeit will be claimed
 Neat croquet attire and flat soled covered shoes. Hat and sun protection advised
 Referees are required to attend in Croquet attire ready to assist.
Rules
 All games will be played in accordance with the latest Ricochet rules of the Croquet Association Queensland Player
 Eligibility for events will be determined by player’s official AHS handicap as at the closing date.
 Players will play on their current handicap at the start of each game.
 Handicap Cards are required

 Dawson International balls. Hoop settings 3 11/16 upward tolerance 1/32”
 Players will be entitled to a 5 minute warm up.
 All games are 26 point and have a 2hour 15 minute time limit. Manager may reserve the right to modify duration if
unforeseen circumstances require it to complete an event on time
 End of Game conditions Turns after Time Regulation 18(d) applicable.
 Players may be expected to play 3 games however normally players will be scheduled for 1 or 2 games
 Double banking maybe required in most games except finals.
Breaks: Players will have up to 15 minutes between games and up to 30 minutes lunch
