GENERAL
• Each court will have bleachers for spectators. No outside chairs please.
• A tournament representative will check you in and out. Please make sure to find someone
before you leave so we can assure that your area is clean and that you haven’t forgotten
anything!
• NO GUM on courts!
• No pets are allowed in the facility.
• Please supervise children at all times.
HUB Sports Center
PARKING
The HUB has a large parking lot available, and there is no charge to park. There is
no overnight RV parking allowed!
FOOD/DRINK POLICY
Outside food is permitted inside the HUB, but no plug-in devices will be allowed.
There will be concessions available throughout the event. Please keep coolers/food bins INSIDE
the marked team areas. Water ONLY will be allowed in the playing area. All other food and drink
must be consumed OUTSIDE of the playing areas.
TEAM AREAS
Team areas will be clearly marked with a NUMBER (1-27). Please select ONE numbered space per
team. These are provided for you to store your team bags/coolers/food bins. Please make sure
your team area is clean before leaving the site. Please pay attention to areas that are OFF LIMITS
to the public. This facility has office space and other areas that are not open to the
participants/spectators. Signage and staff will be able to assist in determining any area in question.
ENTRY POINTS
Entry will be through the front doors. Those needing to purchase wristbands must
do so at the ticket window located on the left side, between the sets of doors. Those
with wristbands, may show them to the attendant for admittance. All players must show
their wristbands at the beginning to gain access, and ALL adults must be
WEARING their wristbands to be admitted.
Tournament Format
• Power Format
• Single round of pool play leading into a single elimination bracket
Pool Play
• Warm-ups are 5-5 for the first two rounds of pool play, and then 3-3 after that. Serving must
be done within this time.
• Pool play matches are the best 2/3 with no cap. Any ties in in pool finish will be broken per
guidelines in the ERVA Tournament Procedures manual.
Tournament Play
• All tournament play matches are the best 2/3 with no cap.
• While paid, officials will be available for many matches, teams that lose in tournament play
will need to supply an officiating team for the next round of play unless released by the Site
Director.
Official and Referee Information
• R1’s will be provided for all pool matches and bracket play. Teams must provide R2’s, line
judges, and scorekeeping crews.
Prizes
• Prizes will be awarded for the Bracket Champions and the 2 nd place teams in the Gold and
Silver brackets.
Sports Medicine
• An onsite Sports Medicine professional will be available

• Onsite Apparel will be our Exclusive Championship Merchandise vendor.
