Thursday Night Social
Dear Netball Players.
Welcome to UNSW Netball in 2012.
It is now time to register and pay your 2012 competition fees.
In 2012 you can pay your fees by any of the following methods:
 Credit Card; or
 Electronic Funds Transfer using Internet Banking; or
 By visiting any branch of the ANZ Bank and depositing into our account
These methods are quick and simple and designed to take all the hassles out of paying your fees.
Heres how it works
The procedure to register and pay as a Thursday Social player is as follows:
Step1 – Registration
Please be aware that UNSW Netball is not the organiser of the competition, we simply enter teams
to play.
We will endeavour to get individual players and teams the preferences they select but division and
timeslot allocations is at the sole discretion of Legends at Parklands.
Individual Registration
If you are registering as an individual, who is not part of a full team, please complete the club
registration form below

Please complete this form selecting the appropriate competition you wish to play in.
If you have a friend(s) you wish to play with, but are not a full team, please fill in the extra info box
with the names of the players you wish to be in a team with.
Please note you must complete this form even if you have completed one of these forms previously
throughout the year.
Team Registration
If you are part of a team registration one member of the team (preferrably the captain) should
complete the Team Registration Form found as Attachment 4 at the end of this document.
This form should then be emailed to the Thursday Social Convenor at
[email protected].
Note: For full teams – this replaces the need for each individual team member to complete an online
registration form.
Step 2 – Determining Fees
Work out how much registration will cost you in 2012.
Categories and Prices for 2012 are included at the end of this document.
Step 3 – Select method of payment



Credit Card; (Please note processing of credit card payments can take up to 6 weeks)
Electronic Funds Transfer using Internet Banking; or
By visiting any branch of the ANZ Bank and depositing into our account
Step 4 – Payment of Fees
Pay your fees and complete the paperwork.

If payment is in person at the ANZ Bank, please complete Attachment 2A or 2B of this
document. This is a declaration that should be completed then sent back to the Treasurer
either via email [email protected] or fax 8003-9897.

If paying by Internet Banking you can simply send the Treasurer a screenshot of your
receipt from Internet banking provider, either via email [email protected] or
fax (02) 8003-9897.

If paying by credit card please complete Attachment 3 of this document. This form
should also be completed in full, then sent back to the Treasurer either via email
[email protected] or fax (02) 8003-9897.
(Please note processing of credit card payments can take up to 6 weeks)
Please Note: It is a policy of UNSW Netball that players will not be placed into a team or teams
registered with the organiser unless payment has been received by UNSW Netball in full. There are
no exceptions to the rule.
Step 5 – Send Payment Details to Treasurer
Send the above required information to the Treasurer either via email [email protected]
or fax (02) 8003-9897.
Please Note: We cannot finalise and accept your payment until declaration / screenshot is received.
Unfortunately as we share a bank account with ALL sporting clubs at the University – we require
the above in order to claim your payment as part of our club.

2012 UNSW Netball Thursday Night Social Competition
Welcome to UNSW Netball in 2012. This year the fees for social
players are as follows:
Individual Fee
$80.00 per player (minimum 9 players in team)
OR
Full Team Fee
$640.00 paid as a lump sum (no minimum number of players)
Full teams can choose to pay as individuals, rather than the lump sum team payment,
however there must be a minimum of 9 players in the team.
Note: The full team fee of $640.00 must be made as a lump sum
payment. You can not split this amount amongst the players and
then pay individually.
Prior to making a payment – all players / team must register. We require this
information for insurance purposes.
No Player or team will be registered with the competition
organiser until payment has been received in full. There are no
exceptions!
