Update those publications that pose significant safety, business and performance implications across the Land Environment (LE). The publications that are in a critical state and in need of an immediate update are: a. AESP 2590-E-100-013: Management of Lifting and Recovery Equipment in the Land Environment. b. AESP 0200-A-061-013: Management and Control of Equipment Support Units – Costing and Pricing for ABRO/REME Engineering Support Activity. c. AESP 0200-A-062-013: Management and Control of Equipment Support Units – Casting and Damage Reporting Procedures for all Equipments. d. Defence Standards 95-22 and Chapter C of 08-42, Standards for Armour. 3. An SOR and Stakeholder list for each for each task are listed in the tables below (Tables 1a to 5b). 4. The following requirements for meetings are to be met: a. Monthly Progress Meetings for each task will be combined into one meeting and held during the last week of each month. All other task meetings shall be held separately. b. The contractor is to provide the meeting secretary for all meetings. Meeting agendas and supporting documentation is to be issued 10 working days prior to the meeting and the minutes (and supporting documentation) are to be distributed to attendees no later than 10 working days after the meeting. c. All meetings are to be held at contractor’s location unless circumstances dictate otherwise. d.
