Feedback Report BTLE 2015: General Notes & Summary

Overall ratings for the event were exceptional: over 98% of the total attendees would
attend future events, and almost all overall ratings were either “excellent” or “good”.
There were many comments about how well organised and useful the event had been.
Only critical feedback was regarding the lift arrangement at old Trafford: but overall did
not spoil the ratings received for Manchester.
All venues were highly rated for venue facilities and food quality: no negative results.
Birmingham

On the day, many delegates commented on very difficult traffic to reach the event.
Overall feedback on the Q&A Panel was overwhelmingly positive.
Overall event rating was 49% “Excellent”, 51% “Good” with no negative ratings.
98% would attend future BTLC events.
Manchester

Many delegates commented on difficult traffic to reach event.
Several delegates commented about the lack of stairs/lift problems.
One delegate commented that there was not enough signage inside OT and that they got lost
looking for the event at first.
Overall feedback on the Q&A Panel was very positive.
67% Rated the event as “excellent”, 37% as “good”.
100% of responders stated they would attend future BTLC events.
Bracknell

Several delegates commented on how easy the location is to reach.
Pepper was requested for RT sessions at next event by two delegates.
Overall feedback for Q&A was very positive again.
One delegate rated each RT session as “1” but would still come again.
75% rated the event as “excellent”, 25% as “good”.
98% of responders stated they would attend future BTLC events.
