IMPORTANT NOTES
There must be in a minimum of twelve (12) candidates for an exam to proceed
Candidates must sit all the tests for any of the exams in the same session.
Applications for Special Arrangements must be made at the time of enrolment with recent documentation
(within 2 years).
Once entered candidates cannot transfer from one exam level to another, cannot defer their entry from
one examination session to another and cannot withdraw & automatically receive a refund. Partial
refunds may be given in case of illness substantiated by a medical certificate at the discretion of the Centre
Exams Manager. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before completing an entry form. Note
conditions applying to refunds.

All candidates’ photographs are to be taken for the speaking test component of every Cambridge
test.
Passports (or other authorized photo ID) will be required as proof of identity for each session of the
exam.
