The future-oriented combination of the CTX gamma 1250 / 2000 TC with a turning /
milling spindle, a 12x star turret and the unrivalled ShopTurn 3G multi-channel programming, is precisely tailored to changing market demands, such as increased
pricing pressure, decreasing order quantities or shorter delivery times.
With ShopTurn 3G, the world of universal shop floor programming opens up even
for challenging turning / milling work pieces on multi-channel turning / milling centres.
ShopTurn 3G considerably reduces programming time. The comfortable
ShopTurn cycles with intelligent tool management and visualised functions, ensure
fast and easy shop floor programming. All programming formats such as DIN and
DXF Import can thereby ideally be combined and integrated with ShopTurn 3G.
The turret offers an additional productivity increase and flexibility during setup,
and can be integrated with flexibility and productivity next to the turning / milling
spindle for 4-axis machining or simultaneous machining on the main and counter
spindles.

Operate user interface and ShopTurn 3G.
The programming of the CTX gamma 1250 / 2000 TC with a turning / milling spindle
and turret is carried out on the easy-to-operate DMG ERGOline® Control Panel with
unique ShopTurn 3G multi-channel programming. With the featured DIN / ISO interface, the familiar, comfortable ShopTurn cycles can be combined and programmed
with DIN functions according to your needs.
The large 19" screen with the editable Upper Screen and the programmable speed
dial button, the four USB interfaces, the mouse function and the DMG SMARTkey®
additionally contributes to ease-of-use.
