eLTE Industry Alliance Membership Agreement
Whereas:
The Parties hereto are independent legal entities and have the right to enter into this Agreement.
The Parties hereby enter into this Agreement to set up the eLTE Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "the
Alliance") and regulate the operation of the Alliance.
By the principle of equity and voluntariness and through communication, the Parties hereby conclude the
Agreement concerning the establishment of the Alliance as below:
1.
The Parties agree the mission and statutes of the alliance and comply with the eLTE Industry Alliance Statutes.
2.
The Parties agree and comply with the General Provisions for the eLTE Industry Alliance.
3.
Matters uncovered hereunder shall be separately set forth in a supplementary agreement through amiable
negotiation.
4.
This Agreement shall take effect upon signature of the legal representative of each party.
