Team Events Little League Hello Families, It was another great day on Sunday and perfect weather for the kids to have a run around. Special thanks to Club Coach Ben Laux who has been helping out with trainings and teaching the kids all the skills of the game. We currently have 7 or 8 players for our Friday night Little League team. We are still looking for additional players and will be having two “bring a friend” days to try and boost the numbers prior to the first game. The majority of games will be held at Cheltenham Baseball Club as Sandringham does not have a ground available, we will have 3 or 4 home games at Moorabbin during the season. Our team will be entered into the Little League Minor competition as all of our player are new to the game we feel this is the best option as players will be competition against teams of similar standards. In the future the club is intending on entering teams in both Little League Minor and Major as our program grows.
