Monday - (Field Goals )
Stiff Leg No Step - 8-10 balls
Full Back Swing 7 yards from FG pole - 4-5 balls
One Step - Sideline 8-10 balls if partner - Pole if no partner
Pole Drill - 8 - 10 Balls (22yard line JV / 27 Varsity - College - Pro)
Hash Middle Hash (make it) 10 left 10 right 10 middle
Deep Stretch when done
(60-65 balls kicked) chart your real kicks
Tuesday - (Field Goal & Kickoff)
Stiff Leg No Step - 8-10 balls
Full Back Swing 7 yards from FG pole - 4-5 balls
One Step - Sideline 6-8 balls if partner - Pole if no partner
Pole Drill - 6-8 Balls (22yard line JV / 27 Varsity - College - Pro)
