The Lady Tigers had a tough game last night vs. Olney and came up short 35-40. They rallied
back after the half to tie the game in the 4th quarter after being down by 13 at the half. With
less than 3 minutes to go we were tied with Olney and it could of gone either way. Charity
James stepped up to the line and hit 9-10 free throws to keep the Lady Tigers within striking
distance in the 3rd and 4th quarters. The girls never stopped hustling after the ball, just a few
tough breaks here and there cost us the game in the end. The basket had a lid on it in the first
half and none of our shots were falling but we hung in there and had an opportunity to win the
game in the end. These girls have lots of heart and don't allow adversity determine how hard
they play, they are a joy to coach, don't count them out just yet!
