Ms. Ning Xuanfeng
Ms. Ning Xuanfeng is head of the International Trade Group of King & Wood. She
specializes in international trade, antitrust, and foreign direct investment in China.
Ms. Ning got her LL.B from the Law School of Peking University and her LL.M from the Law
School of McGill University in Canada.
Ms. Ning was admitted as Chinese lawyer in 1988.

Ms. Ning is proficient in Chinese and English.
Practice
Ms. Ning's legal practice covers a wide range of international trade issues, including general
trade transactions, antidumping, safeguards, countervailing, and WTO disputes
settlement. In particular, Ms. Ning is experienced in domestic and foreign antidumping
proceedings and WTO issues.
Ms. Ning has provided consulting services for M&A since anti-monopoly regulations were
effective in 2003. She has represented many corporations in passing investigations of
China’s anti-monopoly enforcement agencies. She also provides anti-monopoly law training
to clients.
She has represented almost twenty foreign clients in Chinese antidumping investigations. In
the area of WTO, Ms. Ning has represented on many occasions the Chinese government in
WTO dispute settlement.
Moreover, Ms. Ning, together with the team under her change, serves as legal counsel to the
Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad in 2008.
